The aroma hits you right when you open the jar—properly herbal and intense, not the usual sugary sweetness. A small spoonful in my tea gives it a deep, earthy character I haven't found in other honeys, and the 300g jar is lasting me ages.
I spread it on toast this morning and the herbal intensity actually woke me up more than my coffee did. A tiny spoonful carries so much flavor, and the 300g jar feels like it'll last me months.
The herbal aroma hits you right when you open the jar, and the taste is bold without being sharp. It’s the kind of intense flavor that makes a plain spoonful feel like a treat, and the 300g size has lasted me a good while.
