含天然酵母的蘋果醋（酸度5%）55%。水27%，麥蘆卡蜂蜜14%，酸度調節劑（碳酸氫鈉），重酒石酸膽鹼，防腐劑（山梨酸鉀），氯化鋅，維生素B5（泛酸鈣），維生素B12（氰鈷胺）。
It's been three weeks and I'm still reaching for this every morning, the mother makes it taste properly earthy instead of syrupy sweet. The manuka honey cuts the vinegar bite just enough that I don't wince anymore.
The glass bottle arrived intact, and I’ve been mixing a capful in my morning water for two weeks now. The mother is clearly visible at the bottom, and the manuka honey takes the vinegar sting off just enough that I actually look forward to it.
The B12 and zinc are a nice touch since I usually have to take separate supplements. Tastes fine mixed into warm water, though I wish the bottle came with a measuring cap instead of needing a spoon.
