Directions & Warnings
DIRECTIONS: Adults: Mix 10g (1 level scoop) of powder into a small amount of hot water to dissolve, mix thoroughly, then add a cup of warm or iced milk for the perfect Matcha latte or smoothie. Best enjoyed in the morning. Once daily. Do not exceed this recommended daily dose.
