Description

Raw & unfiltered with the Mother

Made with 300 MGO Manuka

500ml

Our Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother and Manuka Honey has a mild acidity of vinegar but with the sweetness of honey. An ideal condiment for pickles and marinades as well as salad dressings or even over olives.

We use the best English apples from Hampshire to create our raw unfiltered ACV with its mild acidity and all the raw enzymes of The Mother.

The Mother are strands of proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria that give the product its cloudy appearance.

Direct from Manuka Doctor’s own New Zealand hives we have included Manuka Honey with a 300 MGO rating. Methylglyoxal or MGO for short, is a naturally occurring compound found in Manuka honey and is derived from DHA(dihydroxyacetone) which is naturally present in the nectar of the Manuka Bush.

Manuka Honey is widely known for its special Antimicrobial properties. Antimicrobials can fight and kill certain types of bacteria.

Sebastian ★★★★★

The sweetness of the Manuka honey really takes the edge off the vinegar's bite, so it's actually pleasant to sip in the morning. I love that it's raw and unfiltered with the Mother still floating around, feels more like the real deal.

The 500ml bottle is a good size for the price, and the honey definitely cuts the sharp bite of the vinegar. I still add a splash to water rather than taking it straight, but the mild acidity is a nice change from harsher brands I've tried.
