Romige tijmhoning komt van een enkele tijmsoort die voornamelijk op het Zuidereiland van Nieuw-Zeeland voorkomt. Onze romige tijmhoning is heerlijk bij yoghurt, ontbijtgranen en andere toepassingen zoals marinades en saladedressings.

Bewaar op een koele, droge plaats, uit direct zonlicht. Onze honing is een natuurproduct en kan kristalliseren; als de honing hard is, verwarm deze dan om zacht te worden.
