The 400 MGO potency is clearly marked on the jar, which I appreciate for tracking my daily spoonful. It's a bit pricier than I'd like, but the thick, smooth texture and the fact it's NZ-made makes it feel worth it.
This jar is a hefty 500g, so it'll last me a while, and the 400 MGO rating is exactly why I picked it for everyday energy.
